Cypress Essential Oil

• Organic cypress oil is steam distilled from the needles and twigs of Cupressus sempervirens. It has a fresh and pungent evergreen aroma, with balsamic undertones and is used for focus and healthy breathing. Cypress has been used for thousands of years as a cleansing incense for several Nepalese and Tibetan cultures. Cypress trees were planted outside of temples and burial grounds by the Greeks and Romans. 
• Blends Well With
• Benzoin, black pepper, cedarwood, lemon, chamomile, citrus oils, clary sage, ginger, lavender, pine, and ylang ylang.
• Precautions
• This oil can cause skin sensitization if oxidized. Never use essential oils undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
• Before using topically, perform a small patch test on your inner forearm or back by applying a small quantity of diluted essential oil and apply a bandage. Wash the area if you experience any irritation. If no irritation occurs after 48 hours it is safe to use on your skin.
